Plasma and Flame CuttingVAL-FAB Inc. utilizes the Multi-Head Burny 5 Plasma Cutting System. The large 120" X 144" water table allows us to cut stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel and high nickel alloy steels. A 200 AMP plasma head is used for cutting stainless and aluminum to1 ½ inches thick and mild steel to 3 inches thick. The flame system utilizes (2) CNC Oxygen & Acetylene cutting heads and can cut mild steel up to 8 inches thick. Using the Burny 5 control package allows us to down load drawings and burn patterns from CAD to assure the proper cutting of the projects. VAL-FAB Inc. provides many different parts such as Military brackets, sole plates, gusset plates and more.
