Laser CuttingVAL-FAB Inc utilizes the 4000 Watt Mitsubishi LVP 3718 Laser Cutting Machine with auto load. The laser cuts with a .008" diameter beam for precise exterior and interior profiles. The precise cutting reduces the need for machining on most parts with a minimum clean up. Laser programming is easily converted from Cad drawings. The 4000 Watt Mitsubishi LVP 3718 Laser Cutting Machine can cut up to 1" thick Steel and with our 72" X 144" table. We can cut parts that most other shops cannot. The Mitsubishi Laser works best on materials such as Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum. In blanking and piercing, considerable economies and reduced prices can be obtained by nesting parts, reducing scrapped material and cutting along common and labor efficiencies improved by the reduction or elimination of secondary de-burring operations.
